am not sure how high up it is but I have read that the boulder is as tall as a 7 story building, the ship is quite a bit higher up.

The Cloud is the ionization or plasma field around the craft. In the Bible the Otevan was called a Chariot of fire or horses of Fire (since back then they rode on horses and in Chariots), and the energy-field around the craft was called Fire, since they didn’t know what ionization and plasma was back then, this is what is meant by the term fire-ships in Oahspe, and when the energy field was seen descending to the ground it was called a whirlwind since it reminded them of a tornado.
